Mission Points in Rays Mod

Daily rewards, the monthly Day 7 exclusive, and how to spend points after a test spawn.

Mission Points are the v5.7 currency that sits beside Robux in the Rays Mod addon store. They come from a daily reward track, not from promo codes. Day 7 each calendar month grants a special addon that exists only for that month. August 2026’s exclusive is the Toy Car badge. The 50% OFF MISSION ADDONS gamepass halves point prices on listings that already cost points.

This is the only page on the wiki with a video. The embed is a real walkthrough titled “How to get missions points faster in Ray mod.” Watch it after you read the daily rules, not instead of them. A printable week view lives on the mission planner. Store navigation lives on how to get addons.

How the daily track works

Open Ray’s Mod at least once per day and claim the mission / daily UI that shipped with v5.7. The official notes also added six missions in that wave, so some points come from short tasks rather than a pure login stamp. If the UI is missing, you are on a stale server or you never left the old place tile. Rejoin from the experience page.

Missing a day usually resets or stalls the streak depending on how the current client counts. Treat day 6 as an alarm. Day 7 is the exclusive, not “another pile of points.” If you only login on weekends, you will see points and you will miss Toy Car. The planner exists for that exact failure.

Points do not expire on a public timer that we can print. Packs do. A Mission Point listing can leave the store when dreamy™ converts it into a Robux pack or retires it. Spend on something you already tested.

Testing before you spend points

v5.7 added addon testing for Mission Point addons. Use it. Spawn the toy in the test space, then cancel if it is a reskin of a stock prop. The 50% gamepass makes a bad purchase cheaper; it does not make it good. If you do not own the pass, test even harder. Points are slower than Robux and easier to regret.

The pass is a gamepass, not a code. Buy it from the main-menu Game Passes list documented on gamepasses. It does not discount Robux packs. It does not unlock Admin Revolver. It does not join the dreamy™ group for you.

What Day 7 is not

It is not a promo code. It is not a Trello card. It is not guaranteed to return next year. August 2026’s Toy Car is a badge-gated extra for people who showed up seven days in a row that month. September will have a different exclusive. We will move the name on this page and on events when the month flips.

If you used a script to “give all addons,” you did not earn Day 7. You took a shortcut that can flag the account and wipe a 25-player room. That shortcut is described, with warnings, on OP keyless and no-key OP. It is not a farm method.

A farm that does not waste the rest of the session

Claim first. Then play. Do not sit in the menu. Physics Gun drills, a Save n Load test, or a Power Surge run for Target Practice all happen after the claim. Missions that ask you to spawn, drive, or survive are easier if you already know Physics Gun and Tool Gun. A new account that only opens the daily UI and quits will get points and will still bounce from the sandbox.

Private servers (10 Robux) are fine for mission tasks that involve explosions. Public servers are fine for login claims. Singleplayer is fine if the mission does not require other players. Read the task text. “Get run over” still needs a second driver.

Spending rules we actually use

  1. Never spend the last of your points the night before day 7 if the exclusive might cost points.
  2. Never spend on a pack you have not tested.
  3. Never spend because a YouTuber said a row was S-tier without opening our addon tier list.
  4. Do spend on a tool you already reached for three times in the stock menu and could not find.

Stock Physics Gun, Tool Gun, crowbar, and guns remain free. Super Gravity Gun remains a Keepy Uppy badge. Golden AK-47 remains a Target Practice badge. Points are for store extras, not for the identity of the game.

When your streak is muscle memory, you can leave this page. Keep the planner. Keep the video for a friend who still believes codes exist. Your next useful click is either free rewards if you want more no-pay unlocks, or the addons hub if the test spawn already convinced you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Mission Points the same as promo codes?

What is the August 2026 Day 7 exclusive?

The Toy Car badge. It is a monthly exclusive, not a permanent store item. See events.

Yes if you already like Mission Point listings after testing them. No if you only buy Robux packs or you never claim dailies.

Where is the faster farm video?

Embedded on this page (youtube id u0hYMVKfgEQ). It is the only video on the wiki. Use the mission planner after you watch.
